The area offers numerous paths for trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding, such as the Path of the Gnomes, also ideal for families. The thermal waters of Bagno di Romagna have been known since Roman times and are the main attraction of the place. They flow at temperatures between 39° and 45°C and are appreciated for their therapeutic properties. Also noteworthy are the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, dating back to the seventh century AD, and the Palazzo del Capitano, the ancient seat of the rulers sent from Florence, on whose façade numerous noble coats of arms are visible.
