The historic center of San Piero in Bagno, which is well preserved, is characterized by seventeenth- and eighteenth-century buildings, and two eighteenth-century bridges that cross the Savio river. The town is also known for its culinary specialties, the result of the contamination between Romagna and Tuscan cuisine. Among these you can taste the "Basotti", the "tortelli alla lastra" and the "raviggiolo", a fresh cheese.
